In defiance of King, Fuad’s refusal to convene a special , session, the W.A.F.D. National Party, after midnight, held a meeting of the so-called Parliament in the Saadist Club, and passed a motion of no-confidence in the Government. Ex-Premier Nahas Pasha subseuently declared that a non-co-opera-tion movement would commence imniediately with the non-payment of taxes. Sidky Pasha., the Premier, in ;in ’exclusive interview with, the Daily Express, said: “I am the master of the situation, and intend to remain so. The W.A.F.D.
