Sutton, has been liospitalled with his right hand and arm shattered. SOLICITORS IN TROUBLE. WELLINGTON, July 21. The application of tlie New Zealand Law Society for an order striking John Charles Carroll' and John Ponsohby Somers of Te Aroha, solicitors, off the rolls of practising solicitors of New Zealand came before the Court of Appeal this morning. The Court, being of the opinion that the evidence before it w r as unsatisfactory, and that the matter could not he dealt with at- the present time, adjourned the hearing until the next sitting of the Court. The solicitors were suspended from practising ip the meantime.
