WELLINGTON, July 21 The petition of Arthur Thos Munn, who is awaiting the death penalty for the murder of his wife, has not yet been considered by the Executive Council. It had been hoped to obtain a decision to-day but all members of the Cabinet have not yet bad an opportunity of fully examining the papers The Minister of Justice (Hon Cobbe) states that probably a special meeting of the Executive Council would be held this week to deal with the matter.
