At the Bisloyrßifle “ntebtifig, Great Britain won the Kcrlopore Cup 1 from Canada by 7 points after an exciting match. The scores were : Great Britain 1122 1; Canada 1115 2; Rhodesia 1111 3; India 1093 4. Jersey was fifth and Guernsey 6. This was the fifty-fifth contest for the cup. Britain has now won its thirty-five times. Canada has been the only other country to enter every year, and has won the cup thirteen times.

The Junior Kolopore Imperial Trophy was won yesterday by a team representing the Falkland Islands, the members of which travelled 8000 miles to compete. They won with 516 points, being two points more than Nigeria. The Gold Coast was third, the Straits Settlements fourth, the Soudan was fifth; Trinidad (the holders) sixth, and the Federal Malay States seventh.
