The Committee met- at 7.30 p.m. Present; Messrs A. C. Armstrong (Ohainnuu), Richards; - Pedder, Shannon, -Swonev, Breeze, Cheslerman and Conning.
The minutes were Confirmed and outward correspondence approved.

From Health (Department, notifying Nurse James would take up extra duties at Dental Clinic.—Received.
From Education Department, Wellington, supplying information to Canterbury Education Board in reference to purchase of sections in front of the . school.—Received. The Chairman reported on intervening the property holders. It was resolved to advise the Department om the prices asked and to recommend purchase of one section, the other not being for sale. From Ediicatiqm Board notifying result. of election.—RjOcejved. It was resolved to congratulate Mr R. Wild, on his re-election .as member. From R. S. Hansen, Chairman Haribari School Committee, in reference to enlarging the,scone of the dental .clinic to . include . South Westland.— Reconv. ed. The.
