LEAVES FOR ART ARCTIC -IN NOVEMBER.

(Received this day at 9.40 a.m.) MELBOURNE, July 7. It has been definitely decided that the “Dscoverv” leaves Hobart early in November on its second voyage to the Antarctic, and returns at the beginning of April. The decision was reached at a meeting of the Britisb-Australian-New Zealand Artarctie expedition committee.'.
