MAN WHO FASTED 59 DAYS. LONDON, May 23. Calling himself the champion fasting man of the world, Thomas Entwhistle, or Billy Brown as he is also known, appeared in the Sheffield County Court to claim £B6 from Albert Chapman, of ' Darnall, Sheffield, an amusement caterer. The plaintiff said that in October last year at Blackpool be entered into an agreement witli the defendant to fast for forty-five days for £BO. At the Winter Gardens, Cardiff, Entwhistle fasted for forty-five days and an extra fourteen days at the defendants request, making a total fast of fiftv-nine days. Judge Greene gave judgement for plaintiff for £4O.
