WELLINGTON, July 4.
Air. Page, S.M., decided to-day that Herbert Fletcher Tomlinsdu used his billiard saloon for the carrying on of the business of bookmaking l and imposed a fine of £lO. Security of appeal was fixed at- the amount of the fine and costs plus £7 7s.
