DUNEDIN, June 29,
Under the will of the late Father Janies .Lynch;'parish .priest at AVrey’s Bitsli, Southland, who died while on a visit to Dublin this month, the following bequests are made: £3OOO to Bishop Calvin for T-lie China Alissions; £2OOO to Bishop Rackett, of Waterford, Ireland, for a Monsignor Burke Bursary for clerical students; £IOOO to the Abbot of the Alonastery of Alount Al illeray, Waterford County; £IOOO each to the Mercy Convent and Presentation Convents, of Dungaivan, County Waterford ; and CIOOO to the Home of Compassion, Wellington. The residue is divided among seven near relatives.
