(Received this day at 11 a.m.) MADRID, June 24. Resulting from a general strike, declared yesterday, a state of anarchy threatens Seville, where the shops have been closed and business is at a standstill. There were a number of deaths in clashes with the police and the crowds. Hundreds of arrests were made. Troops are assisting the police and martial law may he declared.
