A RAH UR A FAT STOCK SALE. .Messrs .M. Houston and Co., report:—Our entry at .Monday’s sale at the above, yards consisted ot 20 fat sheep, 47 fat lambs and 5.3 head of fat cattle. There was a smaller attendance of buyers and coinpetiton was not so keen as at the prevous sale; however. prices were well maintained, croud medium weight ox averaging '4os per hundred, heavy from 36s to 38s, end cow beef from 23s to 345, according to quality. Staines 36 fat lambs (shorn) at 16s. 3 at 14s; on account of Harris Hros.. 7 lambs at 14s; on account of W. F.
