The members of the Presbyterian Ladies' Guild anil Choir, tendered Airs .1. Simpson a farewell social at St. Andrew’s Hall last Wednesday aftermoon. Besides the members of the Choir and Guild a large number of rriends were also present. Airs Parkliill, president of the Ladies’ Guild, mid also a member of tlie Choir, expressed regret at- the departure ol Air and Airs Simpson, who are leaving , this week for Scotland, where they will reside in the future.
