COLLISION RESULT
The police charged Frank Chesterman with attempting to cross a railway Hne when it'vViis not clear. He pleaded not guilty?,. Defendant stated lie did not hear tlib train coming. He was going about "'lO miles an hour. When lie saw the tHi'ih he stopped and attempted to Reverse, but- the train struck him before ho could do so. Ordered to pay costs 10s.
