ti lg New- South Wales Premier, M T. Bavin, announced in the Legislative Assembly to-day the extent of the Go vernment’s concessions to assist the coal industry. The freight rate would V reduced by Is fid per ton for coal for local trade, and by 2s Gd per ton for. coal for export.
