Following raids on Lucknow Police Station, machine guns were posted in various centres.
A crowd of dive thousand stormed Bombay' police quarters. The assistant superintendent was killed.
At Dacca, Moslems and Hindus clashed, many of tlie latter being murdered in the streets by gangs of Moslems. Armoured cars arb at present patrolling the city.
