In the Commons, Mr Henderson ri l plying to Communist activity in Indii and elsewhere, said Government had established appropriate machinery to examine evidence of tiie action contemplated by* various Communist organisations. When he. received the report he would decide what action to take.
Mr Snowden informed Mr Winer, that. Government did not intend to publish the Mosley unemployment memorandum as it would be an undesirable precedent to publish Cabinet docu ments.
