The Empire Chambers of Commerce ( oogress , by a large majority, passed a resolution that the time had arrived for the 10-inlrodution <!f penny post-, age throughout the Empire. William Marhin, New Zealand, moved that the Federation’s Council should do its utmost to foster.. the film industry and promoting Imperial interests. This was carried unanimouslv.
