It was resolved that two members of the Sub-Union) be appointed io assist the gatekeepers each Saturday.
From Kokatahi School nominating a team foi* seven-a-side on June 3rd. — Received.
From H. McMillan, Harihari, asking to be. supplied with book of rules. —Received and approved. From J.. Mora, asking that Grey School teams- he allowed to compete in the bantam and shrimp competition on .June 3rd.—Received and permission granted. It was resolved to thank Mr IP. Heenan for refereeing three games on Saturday. The school team was granted byes for the two following Saturdays. It wms resolved to advise the West Coast Rugby Union that Wednesday next was a suitable one for the conference.
