Barnard, the Duchess of Bedford’s pilot, is preparing a round the world flight. He states he is confident of covering twenty-five thousand miles in thirty days.
AERIAL POLICE. PARIS, May 11.
The world’s first aerial police force has been organised to enforce the prohibition of flying over fortified areas in the Moselle Departments, Two military aeroplanes «at Metz and two at Thionville are available to'the air police, who recently pursued and forced down commercial aeroplane transgressing prohibition.

The aviatrix, Amy Johnson, left at dawn to-day for Allahabad and Gal-, eutta enroutc to Australia. Singh’s rival, Aspy Eneineer, is expected here to-day, while yet another Indian, Jehangir Tata, going to England, was at-Alexandra on Friday and expects to reach Naples today. -
