I—The Chairman to move:—“That the accounts for the month of April, t 930, as revised anti recommended lor payment by the Finance Committee, amounting to £ , be passed for payment.”
2—The Chairman to move:—“That consideration /given to t|}ie suggestion in the Treasurer’s annual report to .procure a light truck for special work, mainly in the Southern •ind Northern Ridings,' at a cost of about £4OO.
3Or Donovan to move:—“That the worst portions of Little Wanganui river track from the Gorge to McLean’s lower farm, be fascined at a cost not exceeding £lO, Roadman Whitiske to attend.”’ 4Cr Donovan to move:—“That the Finance Committee be authorised to allocate the annual libraries vote on receipt of report and balance sheets from the institutions operating during the past year.”
s—Cr Donovan to move:—“That a vote of £5, £ for £, he authorised for clearing Canoe Point track, Okarito Lagoon, to facilitate the transport of prospecting gear for proposed mining operations.” 1 ,
