ft is understood that the Rt. Hon. Hen Turner will shortly retire from the Ministry, and that he will be "(succeeded .by Major A. T. Lee or Mr Vernon Hartshorn, both of whom are members of the Hi mo if* Commission in Tndia.
Tt. is rumounred that the Rt. Hon. Noel Buxton, another member of the Cabinet, has been' designated for an imnortant colonial post, which will soon bo becoming vacant.
