RUGBY AND LEAGUE
The football season is close at hand. Meeting of the respective clubs are being held and club games will com tnence in April. The English team s tour through the Dominion is eagerly awaited and particularly by West Coasters, as the Englishmen will meet the combined Buller-West Coast repre sentatives during the season. It is too early yet to predict the winners, but should our boys be defeated they will find consolation in a foaming glass ol Westland Ale, the representative brew of New Zealand.—Advt.
