Mr A. Henderson (Foreign Secretary) has postponed his departure for Paris on his way to Geneva from tomorrow morning until the afternoon. The actual situation is that the matter of the Sudan is still unsettled and <ss still under discussion. At the same time discussion,is,continuing on other points, such as the question of troops in the Canal zone and points which have been raised again since the Egyptian Courier' arrived from Egypt with the observations of the Cairo Cabinet, upon 'Vefbrences being made to them. . ' !
