ICE CREAMS
DIRTY CONDITIONS

MASTER-TON, May 2
At the S.M. Court this morning, A. R. McDonald, against whom there were four charges in relation to the storage of ice cream in unlicensed -premises, and exposing it for sale in rusty and dirty receptacles, was fined £lO on the charge relating to the using of dirty receptacles and on the others convicted and ordered to pay costs. The solicitor for the Borough Council who prosecuted, asked the Magistrate to take a serious view of the case as the defendant was in a big way of business and supplied a great many shops all over the country. The Magistrate said the, premises' and receptacles were not in a fit state to be used.
