SKELETON FOUND

A complete skeleton, apparently that of a woman, concealed in a deep fissure in the rocks, was found at Randwick. The bones were wrapped in strips of sheet and covered with a blanket, and cunningly hidden. The police are investigating, as a murder is feared.
BARQUE OVERDUE
MELBOURNE, May 1
The Finnish four-masted barque, Olive Bank, is long overdue. The vessel left Sweden nearly six months ago, and was last reported north of the equator in December.'
NEW ZEALAND TOUR OFF
SYDNEY, April 30,
Owing to-the? dispute -'between- the Australian Football Association and the New South Wales Football League, which the efforts ..of the Federal Body’s representatives have failed to heal, the New .Zealand Football Association is to be informed that the proposed tour of the Dominion team in Australia is off for this season.
The proposal to receive a team of New Zealand hoy Soccer players also may be abandoned, but a decision on tin’s point is not expected for a few weeks.
