LONDON, April 29
Bradman’s condition is improving.
Kippax is remaining in bed. He will be going to Worcester on Wednesday, but he will not be playing there. After studying the Board of Control contract, the manager, of the Australian teain, Air Kelly, decided that there is nothing thereip to prevent the .cricketers from accepting contracts to Use their autographs and photographs, as mentioned in a cable on April 23rd. Consequently, Mr Kelly i;A not taking any action, but nevertheless, he is discountenancing such proposals. *
The Australian Press Association understands that Mr Kelly regards such contracts as a breach of the. spirit of the Board of Control contract, and as being a case of the goose that laid the golden egg over again. The cricketers have met privately to discuss the situation. Some of them are believed to have accepted a contract for tlte use of their auto-? graphs and photographs.
