ROTORUA, April 28

The Governor-Genera! s parly arrived at Ewtorua at noon and were received at the platform by the Mavor. Air Thomas Jackson, Councillors, and Mr \ . Ward and Air Jelirey on behalf of Sir Joseph Ward. J hoy were driven to the Grand Hotel, in the afternoon there was a civic reception in the Bath Buildings, and Mayor .Taekifcm wlelcomed Their Excellencies.

Concluding, Lord Bledisloe said, lie was pleased to be Governor-General of Now Zealand, and would be still prouder if he could lend ‘a useful hand in helping to stabilise rural prosperity, and, through it, the prosperity of classes in town and country. His Excellency afterwards visited the Prime Minister.

A social evening is being given tonight at the Dixieland Cabaret.
