ARAHURA FOOTBALL CLUB

The annual meeting of the Arahura; .'Football Club was bald in (Toker’s Hall recently. Air I. Tainui presided over a large gathering of members. The balance sheet showed a credit of £l] Is Bjd. The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed. A hearty vote of thanks was passed to Air J. Stafford for his past services as secretary. Th e election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows Patron: , Air W. Newey. President: Airs Tokef. Vice-Presidents: Messrs C. Guthrev, W. Newman, Af. Mandl, A. Hamilton, 0. Finch, A. Edwards. Secretary and Treasurer.—Air K. Hamilton. Delegate to Sub-lmion: Air J. Stafford. Club Captain: Air T. Tainui. Custodian: Air J. Edwards. Field Captain and Deputy Captain were left over until first game. It was resolved to nominate junior and third grade teams. A practice match was arranged for April 20th when it is- hoped that all members and intending members will attend, ■ "i The meeting then terminated with the usual vote of thanks to the chair.
