No deaths occurred from notifiable diseases in the Canterbury and West mnd health districts, during the week ended at noon on Monday. Messrs W. Weddell and Co. Ltd. advise, dated London 4th. as follows: “Danish butter 140 s to 142 s (last week 149 sto 150s),'New Zealand unsalted butter 134 s to 142 s (138 s to 1445), New Zealand salted 124 s to 128 s (1265, to 130 s), market depressed. New Zealand cheese, ■ white 76s to /7s (<Bs to /9s). coloured 78s to 79s (79s to 81s), market quiet. Canadian cheese, white ,96s to 100 s (96s to 100 s), coloured 96s to 98s (96s to 985).”
