LORD BLEDISLOE ON NEED
FOR JOINT PARTY ACTION. Lord Blecfisloe said at the annual meeting of the British Dairy Farmers Association in London, that agriculture was at about the end of its tether. The time had arrived when it was “up to all political parties to s<*s if they could not agree on some means to save the industry. He continued: lam certain we are never going to return to a reasonable measure of prosperity until all. political parties agree, and, speaking as an old Minister of the Crown, it is up to till present Government, supported by their opponents, to take joint measure to try to save the industry from destruction.
