N KW YORK, March 30.
Advice has been received from Ponehurst, North Carolina, to the effect that Paul Runyan, of Arkansas, won the north and south open golf championship of 72 holes in 291. Frank Walsh, of Chicago, was second with 293, and Armour with 294 was third.
