SWIMMING REPRESENTATIVES. / (By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, March 31. With .reference to the Empire Games to be held in Canada in August, the New Zealand Swimming Council decided to inform Otago, Canterbury and Auckland Centres that the Council was prepared to nominate R. CaTder (diving), L ; Moorhouse (backstroke) and G. Bridson (free, style) and to sunport each nomination to the extent of £SO, the Centres concerned to find the ba - ance of the amount required for each competitor, which was stated to be £l2O- . . , Next year’s senior swimming championship will be held at Wanganui and the junior and mtermed.ate championships at Ashburton.
