Two other women and a man managed to escape. The fate of the captives is unknown, hut grave fears are entertained in view of the bandits’ previous history REBELS’ SOUTHWARD MARCH. SHANGHAI, March 30. The latest Peking reports state that rebels are advancing southward and have captured Kaifeng, capital of Honan.
