The Now Zealand racehorse Commendation pulled up lame after a' gallop at Band wick to-day. His forelegs are causing Trainer Price anxiety. It is not known whether the trouble is temporary, but the next few days will settle the question.
Xightmnrdi lias accepted for the Hawkesbury Autumn Handicap, of one mile and a quarter at Moorefie.d next Saturday, the weight being 10.7, This will be his first race, since his arrival. , •.
