At a lively meeting of Labour Parliamentarians, Rt. Hon. 3lr Henderson declared that the time had come for the Independent Labour Party to make up its mind whether it was in the Labour Party or out of it. The Government was donig its best to face its obstacles, but its work was being obstructed by the criticism of the House of" Commons who wrote to tlie newspapers. The criticism should be made inside the Party’s meeting.
