Sydney Ferries Ltd. has lodged a notice of appeal to the Full Court against the judgment of Justice HallRodgers in an action arising out df the collision of the Tahiti and Greycliffe om 20/12/29,. .An application by the Union Coy that the Ferry Coy. (the plaintiffs) should pay the costs of the Action was refused to-day by Justice Rodgers who directed that the Jeriy Coy should be liable only for its own general costs, and not for the costs of i'-e rebutthl of evidence brought bv the', defendants, the Union Coy.
