ARRIVAL NEXT TUESDAY. WELLINGTON, March 13. Until this morning it was anticipated that the Governor-General Designate, Lord Bledisloe, would arrive at Wellington on Wednesday morning or possibly Wednesday afternoon. but a radio message from the Eangitiki this morning says that she should b. in port on Tuesday about 2 p.m. r vicHitly favourable weather has ena'drd the vessel to make nno;:p,,etedly good speed. The arrangements for the official receptions by the Government, the Harbour Board, and the Mayor and Councillors for the swearing-in ceremony and for the civic reception are act onlii gly been revised. On previous occasions the ceremony of swear-ing-in the Governor-General has taken plate in the open air in front of the Government or the Parliament Buildings, and presumably the same proceduc will he followed on Tuesday or Wednesday, next if the weather is favourable.
