The Australians began a second match against Tasmania at Hobart today in fine weather on a good wicket, the attendance being five thousand, including Governor O’Grady, who at luneu welcomed the Australians. The Tasmanians won the toss, and batted 177 minutes for 131. The Australians at stumps had scored 178 for one wicket. Scores: TASMAN I A—lst. Innings.
