THOUGHTS FOR THE TIMES

JOURNEY’S END.” Lord Bnden-Powell.—l have seen •-"Journey’s End,” which is a wonderful play, and one which I regard as a very healthy inspiration repeating the lessons of the Great. War. It would be a very good tiling if people could see the play, but many will never have that opportunity, and it is a good thing that they will be able to read it in serial form. If people will take the trouble to read between the lines they will certainly realise some of the chief lessons of the war set forth in this remarkable way.
