POLICE ALLIANCE
AGAINST CRIMINAL GANGS

LONDON, February 25
In order to cope with international gangs of white slavers, drug smugglers and groups of crooks acting inter nationally, an alliance has been formed between Scotland Yard, Paris and Berlin, whereby leading detectives from each country will be stationed in each capital. The three centres will he linked up by wired telephone. The keynote is the swift concerted action of the detectives in each coun try in connection with crimes concerning the nationals of either. Plans are also maturing to establish apparatus in each capital to enable the wireless transmission of photographs and finger prints. j
