CHRISTCHURCH, February 26
When questioned to-day as to the possibility of his firm establishing a factory in New' Zealand, Mr Barrow Cndbliry, chairman of directors of Cadbury Brothers, Ltd., chocolate manufacturers, said he was not yet able to gi”e a definite answer. It was ciiite true that he was exploring and investigating the conditions with that risibility in vievf. One purpose in' pstnhlishitfg; a factory would be to avoid the tariff imposed, ,but another object would bfe' to avoid the transport of chocolate through the tropics.
