Tn a race from Colburn Island to Darwin to secure a doctor to combat a measles epidemic, a mission burger was caught in a cyclone. The trip which should have taken three days Was prolonged to twelve. The crew was almost exhausted on arrival at Darwin, and the food supplies had given out. Methodist missionaries on the Island are fighting the epidemic. Four native? have died. A doctor is being despatched.
