CIVIL AVIATION. The air pageants that have been, and are yet to be,; held this summer in New Zealand may ho regarded as significant of the quickening of the “air sense” in the Dominion. Theyher.ald the day, probably not so far distant, when air transport will be included among the regular 1 means of communication in the country.
