LONDON, Feb. 19
The negotiator for the sale of New Hebrides interests, states he .is disappointed at the unbusinesslike handling of his offer to Australia. Lord jjyric had pleaded the condition of •A-'ustraiia’s 'finances had necessitated most' careful enquiry, though the negotiator said he had every reve’ant fact'for ,more than a month, and apparently ..had not moved. Tbe'negotiator has now gone to Paris and says he has not promised to discontinue discussions witli the Japanese who are anxious Jo obtain a footing in New Hebrides.'
