LONDON, Feb. 18. in a railway collision near Glasgow 70 people were injured, of whom 25 are retained in tile-hospital) two suffering from fractured skulls, and two others with both legs fractured, and another seriously injured. The collision occurred in a thick fog at Rutherglen, near Glasgow. The train dashed into the rear ol another train.
