(By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Feb, 3. An order is being sought from the Supreme Court by tlie three trustees of Monica Park, Messrs E. G. McCullough, E. L. Mcßeon, and Dr Thacker, that all the real and personal property of the Canterbury Rugby Football League be sold and realised, subject to two leases—one to Stadiums (Christchurch) Ltd., and the other one to one Lottie Dale—to pay all the debts of the League, which include those owing to the trustees.
