BLOODSTOCK SALE

AUCKLAND, Jan. 31
At the sale of bloodstock on account of J. and J. Patterson, the two-year-old gelding Full Measure was purchased by J. J. Corrv, of Blenheim, for 259 guineas and the three-year-old gelding On Top was bought by Norman Wade, Auckland, for 150 guineas. Tie brood mare Katliarina was bought by J. J. Corry for 125 guineas, and the brood mare Uralia,
winner of the last year’s Great Nortli--ern Steeplechase, was -bought by O. Carrington, of Palmerston North, for 87] guineas. The Lover, offered on behalf of tb" 'Tiedlarider estate, was passed in at 400 guineas. The other prices were small.
