IN COLLISION APPEAL. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received this day at 11 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 28. The Appeal Court allowed the Orient Steamship Coy’s appeal against Justice Hill’s judgment of 12th. June 1929, that the Otranto and Kitano Maru were equally responsible for the collision in the Humber on 11th. Aug. 1928. The Court gave judgment that the Kitano Maru alone was blameable.
