At the conclusion of the Athletic Championships,- Victoria won the Richard C'oombes Shield with nine points, New South Wales seven points, was was second. ATHLETES FOR N.Z. MELBOURNE, January 28. Negotiations have been completed for the visit of the international athletetes Dr. Peltzen, Lemons and Emton to New Zealand. Golding who also has been invited, has been granted permission to make the trip. The men are scheduled to leave on Friday for New Zealand.
