CROSSING TRAGEDY. CHRISTCHURCH, Jan. 20. Struck by the Parnassus express at the Alliance Street crossing on Saturday evening, Mary Isabel Clarke, aged 12 years, was killed instantly The accident occurred at 5.10 p.m. No witnesses of the occurrence have yet been discovered.
